MyWebMaker License Agreement
License Agreement for MyWebMaker Content Management System software (the "Software").
By using the Software you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, LabradorData Internet Services Division of SmartLabrador Inc. ("LabradorData") hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software for the limited purpose of Internet website development and maintenance.
Scope of Grant
The MyWebMaker License is limited to one (1) Internet domain. Separate licenses are required for additional domains.
The MyWebMaker License grants you the right to use the Software for development and maintenance of up to two (2) websites per Internet domain. Additional websites may be added for a fee.
You do not receive a copy of the Software. The Software is installed on the LabradorData web server and access to it is provided to you by LabradorData.
You may not:

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain with the Software author, Douglas Robbins. License-provider rights are granted by the Software author to LabradorData under the terms of separate agreement.
